Symptoms

• Oven will not heat or turn on when E01 code displays • Display shows E01 error code on the control panel • Oven beeps repeatedly and locks out all functions • Heat may cycle on and off erratically before shutting down • Self-cleaning cycle may have triggered the error after completion • Oven remains unresponsive even after closing the door firmly

Possible Causes

• Temperature sensor probe is disconnected, loose, or damaged inside the oven cavity • Temperature sensor resistance reading is out of normal range • Wiring harness connecting the sensor to the control board is damaged or corroded • Control board is not receiving proper 240V/60Hz power supply to sensor circuit • Temperature probe was damaged during or after self-cleaning cycle due to thermal stress • Door latch switch is not seating properly, preventing proper sensor readings • Control board sensor input circuit has failed or become defective

Safety Checks You Can Do

• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30-45 minutes before attempting any troubleshooting • Perform a hard reset by switching off the circuit breaker serving the oven for 60 seconds, then switch back on • Verify the oven is connected to a dedicated 240V circuit breaker as required by USA electrical codes • Check your home's circuit breaker panel to ensure the breaker for the oven is in the ON position • Inspect the oven door latch and rubber door seal for visible cracks, warping, or damage, especially if error appeared after self-cleaning • Visually inspect inside the oven cavity for any visible damage to the temperature sensor probe (thin metal rod typically located on the side wall) • Ensure the oven door closes completely and latches with a solid click sound • Try opening and firmly closing the oven door several times, then attempt to start the oven again • If the error clears after reset but returns immediately when heating starts, discontinue use and contact service
Safety First

Always disconnect the appliance from power before performing any checks. If you are unsure about any step, please contact a qualified technician.
