Safety Checks You Can Do
• Unplug the oven or switch off the dedicated 240V circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then restore power to perform a hard reset
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 2 hours before attempting any inspection
• Visually inspect the oven interior cavity for any visible sensor probe damage, cracks, or corrosion
• Check that your oven is connected to a dedicated 240V/60Hz circuit breaker (not shared with other appliances) as required by USA electrical codes
• Verify the home circuit breaker for the oven circuit has not tripped; reset if necessary
• Examine the oven door latch and seal for visible cracks, wear, or misalignment, especially if error appears after self-clean cycle
• Listen for any unusual clicking or buzzing sounds from the control board area when power is applied
• If error persists after reset, discontinue use and do not attempt to disassemble internal components
