  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using the services provided by Bosch Appliances Service and Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

     

  2. Our Services
    Bosch Appliances Service and Sales provides professional diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and part replacement services for both residential and commercial appliances and HVAC systems. We service a broad range of home and commercial units.

     

  3. Appointments and Scheduling
    3.1 Scheduling a Visit
    You may request service through our website, by phone, or other available communication channels. While we aim to accommodate your preferred time, appointments are subject to availability.

     

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3.3 Site Access
You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the appliance, as well as any relevant information necessary to complete the service efficiently.

  1. Estimates and Payments
    4.1 Repair Estimates
    We will provide a written estimate before beginning any repairs. Additional parts or work will only proceed with your approval.

     

4.2 Diagnostic Fees
A separate fee may apply for diagnostics, which is not included in repair costs unless specified.

4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  1. Warranty Information
    5.1 Labor Warranty
    Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.

     

5.2 Parts Warranty
Parts are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to consumables such as freon, filters, fuses, and other wear-related items. Coverage is void if we are not contacted within 24 hours of the issue or if we are not given the opportunity to perform the warranty repair.

5.4 Extended Coverage
Extended warranties require completion of annual maintenance as outlined in your service agreement to remain valid.

  1. Liability Limitations
    We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages such as food loss, cosmetic scratches, or wear caused during service, appliance removal, or installation.

     

  2. Subcontracting Disclosure
    Services may be performed by subcontractors. We are not liable for representations or warranties made by general contractors or third-party referral sources.

     

  3. Property Ownership
    All parts and equipment remain the property of Bosch Appliances Service and Sales until payment is received in full.

     

  4. Updates to Terms
    We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

     

  5. Legal Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by the laws of the NV. Any legal matters will be handled according to Florida state law, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
