Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy Effective Date: June 6, 2025
Cancellations 1.1 Appointment Changes If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a late cancellation charge. If our technician arrives and cannot proceed due to access issues or other client-related circumstances, a service call fee may apply.
1.2 Missed Visits If no one is available at the time of the scheduled appointment and no prior notice has been given, a service call fee will be assessed.
Deposits 2.1 Deposit Policy All deposits paid are non-refundable. They are used to confirm your booking and secure any necessary parts in advance.
2.2 Application of Deposits Your deposit will be applied toward the final balance due on your invoice for completed services.
Refund Guidelines 3.1 Completed Services We do not issue refunds for services already performed. If problems persist following our visit, we will reassess the situation and offer solutions under our warranty terms.
3.2 Customer Concerns If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include follow-up service if covered by our warranty.
Warranty Coverage 4.1 Labor Warranty Our workmanship is covered by a 30-day labor warranty. This does not include consumables or parts subject to regular wear such as refrigerant, filters, fuses, or access valves.
4.2 How to Submit a Claim To request a warranty evaluation, contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue and provide access for our technician to perform an inspection or additional work.
4.3 Limitations Warranty protection applies only to services performed directly by Bosch Appliances Service and Sales. Work conducted by third parties or through referrals is not covered.
Estimates and Charges 5.1 Repair Estimates A written estimate will be provided before any repairs begin. Additional work or charges will not proceed without your authorization.
5.2 Diagnostic Fees If you decline the recommended repair after the diagnostic visit, a fee may be charged for the evaluation.
